HOW TO ORDER

Download from our website www.koreutica.it  the order form, fill in all the fields required to place the order and send it to the email address info@koreutica.it

ORDER CONFIRMATION

The order confirmation will be sent to you within 48 hours by e-mail. The order number will be indicated in the same e-mail. The confirmation for orders where you have to pay a deposit, will be co-signed by email only when the amount will be uploaded to our bank account.

When the order is confirmed, it is not possible to modify or delete it.

 

CHANGES AND RETURNS

We strongly recommend checking the goods on arrival at your location.

Our products can be replaced only in these cases:

– Obvious manufacturing defects

– Incorrect goods

– Products must be unused and with original label.

Sending request for exchange and / or replacement within 20 working days calculated from the shipping day.

There will be no changes or substitutions when the customer, in the order confirmation, inserts the final size to be produced and this turns out to be wrong to the test of the product. We always recommend producing the sample or sending the measurements in centimeters.

SAMPLES

It is possible to request the sampling of all our catalog and customized products.

 

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS

Wash ALL our garments in cold water, NOT soaking. Carefully read the instructions on the label.

 

CUSTOMIZATION

Our archive has more than 600 completely customizable models with inserts, fabrics, colors, prints, embroidery, logos, etc.

We create clothing for studying and performances, on request.

PAYMENT METHODS

Bank transfer

Cash or credit card for collection at our office

 

TERMS OF PAYMENT

For orders less than € 499.00 VAT excl. Balance at the end of processing
For orders between 500.00 € and 1999.00 € VAT excl. 30% deposit for order confirmation and balance when processing is completed
For orders over 2000.00 € VAT excl. 30% down payment for order confirmation, 30% down payment at mid-processing and balance when processing is completed. Or in alternative 50% down payment for order confirmation and balance when processing is completed.

PROCESSING TIMES

From September to February 15 working days

From March to June 40 working days

The working days required for the production of orders with amount less than € 499.00 VAT excl. , are calculated from when we receive, by mail, of the order confirmation

The working days required for the production of orders with amount over 499.00 € VAT excl. are calculated from when we receive, by mail, the deposit transfer receipt.

These times could be modified according to the type and extent of the order.

 

SHIPMENTS

The order will be sent when the balance is uploaded to our bank account.

 

SHIPPING COST

The shipping cost will be calculated based on weight, size and volume of the package.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Central / Northern Italy area 1-2 working days

Central / Southern Italy and Islands 2-5 working days

EU – CEE from 2 to 10 working days

 

INSURANCE FEE

The insurance fee is a guarantee for the shipment of your order in case of loss, delay or damage to the goods.

The value of the insurance fee will be calculated based on the value of the order, weight and volume.

 

For delays or damages caused by the express courier, Spotlight P.D.S. Snc  di Cavallo A. e Scardaci S. will not be responsible and will not make any compensation.
